2. Do I need to prepare my dog’s own food? 2. 需要自备狗粮吗？

Yes. Owners are required to provide their dog’s usual food to avoid digestive upset during the stay. 需要。主人需准备狗狗平时吃的食物，以减少寄养期间肠胃不适的风险。

3. What time is check-in? 3. 几点可以 check-in？

Check-in is available by prior arrangement. Please contact us before arrival so we can prepare properly. Check-in 需提前安排。请在到达前联系我们，以便我们做好接待与空间安排。

4. What time is check-out? 4. 几点需要 check-out？

Boarding check-out is before 12:00pm. Late check-out charges may apply after 12:00pm. 寄养 check-out 时间为中午 12:00 前。中午 12:00 后 check-out 可能会有额外收费。

5. Can unneutered dogs be accepted? 5. 没有绝育的狗狗可以寄养吗？

Acceptance depends on the dog’s temperament, behaviour and compatibility with other dogs. Please contact us for assessment. 是否接受需视狗狗性格、行为与是否适合与其他狗狗相处而定。请先联系我们评估。

Suitable dogs may be allowed supervised social interaction. Safety, temperament and comfort will always be prioritised. 适合的狗狗可能会在监督下与其他狗狗互动。我们会优先考虑安全、性格与狗狗的舒适度。

7. What if my dog needs medication? 7. 如果狗狗需要吃药怎么办？

Please inform us in advance and provide clear written instructions. Medication administration can be arranged where appropriate. 请提前告知，并提供清楚的书面说明。在合适情况下，我们可以协助安排喂药。

9. What time is check-in and check-out for boarding? 9. 寄养的入住和退房时间是什么时候？

Check-in is available anytime during operating hours. Check-out is before 12:00pm. Late check-out after 12:00pm may incur additional charges.

10. Will my dog be kept in a cage? 10. 我的狗狗会一直关在笼子里吗？

No. Dogs are generally free to rest and move within their designated boarding area. However, accommodation arrangements may vary depending on each dog's temperament, safety requirements and suitability. Some dogs may be separated or confined during sleeping hours, feeding time or when necessary for safety and comfort.

不会。狗狗一般会在安排好的活动与休息空间内自由活动。不过，住宿安排会根据狗狗的性格、安全需求及适应情况作出调整。部分狗狗可能会在睡觉时间、进食时间或基于安全与舒适考量而作个别安排。

11. Can you administer medication for my dog? 11. 你们可以帮忙喂药吗？

Yes. Please inform us in advance and provide clear instructions regarding medication dosage and schedule.

12. What happens if my dog becomes unwell during boarding? 12. 如果狗狗在寄养期间身体不适怎么办？

We will contact the owner immediately. If veterinary attention is required, we may arrange a visit to a veterinary clinic and all related costs will be borne by the owner.

Please contact us via WhatsApp first to check availability. After that, complete the booking form and wait for confirmation from The Paw Room.
