All bookings are subject to availability. Please submit the booking request form first. We will contact you to confirm availability, pricing and payment arrangement. 所有预约需视档期而定。请先提交预约申请表格，我们会联系你确认档期、价格与付款安排。

Boarding deposit is required only after availability is confirmed by The Paw Room. If the booking is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable. 寄养定金只会在 The Paw Room 确认有档期后才需要支付。 如取消寄养预约，定金将不予退还。

For daycare, check-in starts from 9:30am and latest check-out is 8:00pm. Daycare is capped at 9 hours. Any stay above 9 hours will be charged as boarding. 日托 check-in 时间为早上 9:30 起，最迟 check-out 时间为晚上 8:00。 日托最多 9 小时，超过 9 小时将按寄养费用计算。

How Booking Works预约流程

1. Contact us on WhatsApp1. 先通过 WhatsApp 联系我们 Please contact us first to check availability for your preferred date. 请先联系我们查询你想要的日期是否还有档期。
2. Submit booking request2. 提交预约申请 Fill in owner details, pet details, check-in date and check-out date. 填写主人资料、宠物资料、check-in 日期与 check-out 日期。
3. Availability confirmation3. 确认档期与安排 We will check space, room arrangement and pet suitability. 我们会确认空间、房间安排与狗狗是否适合寄养或日托。
4. Deposit arrangement4. 安排定金 Boarding deposit is arranged after availability is confirmed. 寄养定金会在确认有档期后才安排支付。
5. Booking confirmed5. 预约正式确认 Your booking is confirmed only after confirmation from The Paw Room. 只有在 The Paw Room 确认后，预约才算正式确认。
